The project posed key challenges, including:
- Strict delivery timelines, requiring the supply of 4,519 Steel Tubular Poles within 21 days to ensure smooth implementation.
- Maintaining compliance with technical specifications (410 SP33, 410 SP55) while ensuring high-quality standards.
- Coordinating large-scale logistics, ensuring timely delivery, quality assurance, and Material Test Certificates (MTC) along with the vehicle for smooth execution.
