Revamped Distribution Scheme – Bihar (SBPDCL)

    The project aimed to strengthen the electricity distribution network in Bihar by supplying Steel Tubular Poles under the Revamped Distribution Sector (RDS) Scheme for South Bihar Power Distribution Company Ltd. (SBPDCL). The supplied poles played a crucial role in modernizing and reinforcing the power infrastructure in the region.

    • Strict delivery timelines requiring all poles to be delivered within 21 days to avoid delays in the electrification initiative.
    • Maintaining high-quality standards, ensuring all poles adhered to technical specifications (540 SP13, 540 SP28, 540 SP52).
    • Efficient logistics planning for the transportation of 11,125 poles across Bihar while meeting the client’s requirements for timely delivery, quality assurance, and Material Test Certificates (MTC) along with the vehicle.
