DVC E House Project

  • Objective

    The objective of this project was to supply HDPE pipes for electrical cable laying at the DVC E House project in Jharkhand. The client required 136 MT of materials to be delivered within 30 days, but we successfully completed the supply within just 10 days. The challenge was to develop and supply couplers for the HDPE pipes, a product that was not available in our existing inventory.

    • Unavailability of Couplers: The couplers required for the HDPE pipes were not part of our regular product range. This posed a challenge as we needed to develop a new product specification that would meet the client's needs for joining the 90 mm HDPE pipes.
    • Tight Timeline: The client required the entire 136 MT of materials, including the custom couplers, to be supplied within 30 days. Meeting this timeline was challenging, especially with the need to design and manufacture the couplers quickly.

    • Product Development: After several meetings and detailed discussions with our product team, we developed the custom couplers for 90 mm HDPE PE 80 PN 6 pipes. This solution was tailored to the project’s specific requirements, ensuring compatibility and reliability for electrical cable laying.
    • Accelerated Production and Supply: Despite the challenges, we streamlined our manufacturing and logistics processes to ensure that all materials, including the custom couplers, were produced and delivered in just 10 days, well ahead of the 30-day deadline.
    • Efficient Coordination: Close coordination between our production, product development, and logistics teams ensured the swift execution of the project, meeting both the technical and timeline requirements.
