Utkarsh India has the largest production capacity of High Mast and Polygonal poles . Two of our state-of-the-art production units are headquartered in West Bengal with 4 galvanising units. We have the capacity to produce 1,000 high mast and 25,000 polygonal poles per month.
We have the capability to design software at our in-house design laboratories, which allows us to produce customised structural and foundation designs. Our design software has been vetted by JReputed Government university.
Our sample polygonal poles have been tested in a wind tunnel at IIT Kanpur and the structural stability test from CSIR, Chennai. Our mast structure was found suitable up to the maximum wind speed of 250 KM / Hr.
We can produce 1000 lighting masts and 25,000 polygonal poles per month with well-trained manpower and state of the art automatic machines. We follow a methodical work process with fewer reworks and ensure flawless finishing.
For raw materials, we have a procurement tie-up with SAIL and HZL for HR Coil and Zinc. For the accessories, we have tie-ups with many reputed companies. We always ensure ready stock of raw material and store items so that we can produce and deliver the materials as per our given commitment.
We use electroplated rope drums to prevent corrosion of the main raw materials and increase the life of the equipment. All the other hardware supplied are either made with SS materials or hot dip galvanised.
Utkarsh India has 5 galvanising units which are equipped to carry out 7 tank galvanising processes. These units have modern technology and are supervised by qualified technicians.
Utkarsh India has an in-house PU painting facility. PU Painting is generally done over the galvanised surface to increase the aesthetic value of any product. It also provides extra corrosion protection.
Utkarsh India has a dedicated team to look after the Logistics arrangements. The factories are situated near NHAI, Ports and Airports for easy transportation.
