Piping made from polyethylene is a cost effective solution for a broad range of piping problems in municipal, industrial, marine, mining, landfill, duct and agricultural applications.     HDPE Pipes & Accessories for transportation of potable water conforming to IS 4984:1995 , IS 4427, IS 14333, EN 12201

    Our HDPE plant is equipped to manufacture pipes in diameters ranging from 20 mm to 315 mm. Total processing capacity of the plant is over 6,480 MT per annum. Pipes of pressure ratings ranging from 2.0 kgf to 20 kgf are manufactured. The group has capabilities to process all three grades of HDPE – namely PE 63, PE 80 and PE 100.

    Butt Fusion Process

    Butt Fusion Joints Is carried out to join 2 lengths of Polyethylene Pipes, of any size, by heating the pipe ends and fusing them under pressure. Butt Jointing Machine (Hydraulic or Manual) is used to carry out jointing of pipes.

    Electro-Fusion Process

    Electro fusion jointing Process requires one additional Coupler.

    There are in built electrical coils is side the coupler, which are connected to controlled electrical supplies.

    Due to generation of heat, this coupler gets fused with pipes.

    Detachable Joints 1-Flanged Joints

    Flanged Joints : Is carried out with the help of HDPE Collars (LNPE) which are butt welded to the pipe and making use of M.S. Flanges to effect a joint. Flanged Joint is used for detachable joints, for connecting sluice vales, air release valves or fire hydrants. They are also used for joining two pipes of different materials.

    Detachable Joints 2-Compression Fitting

    Female Coupling : It is a transition fittings having the compression end which supports PE pipe and the other end is Female Threaded. Female threaded portion is used to terminate the House Service connection to the Plumbing line going inside building. It is also used to connect PE pipe to a water meter.

    Compression Elbow 90 deg : It supports HDPE pipe at both ends and is used to install HDPE pipe around bends. Pipe is fitted on to this elbow by simple pushing in.

    Male Coupling : It is a transition fittings having a male threaded end and the compression end to support PE Pipes. Male threaded end is tightened to the female threaded outlet of saddle. The other end of male coupling supports PE Pipe which is taken to houses.

    Compression Saddle: This is used to take a tapping from the HDPE distribution line for carrying a House Service PE pipe. For carrying out installation, outlet hole is drilled onto HDPE pipe, on which then saddle is clamped with the help of bolts. This saddle has a female threaded outlet.
